NetServ Remote Assist For Computers
With this package, all remote interventions during helpdesk opening hours are covered. All the computers will be added to our ‘Remote Monitoring System’.
If we have to come on site, then this will be a paying intervention. This will only be necessary if we cannot solve the problem remotely.
Our helpdesk is available by phone and e-mail from 08:30 to 17:30.
The installation of new computers, purchased from NetServ, is also covered by this subscription. Additional costs will be charged for delivery and installation. Also here an agent will be installed to monitor the computer and will be added to the asset management.
An antivirus will also be automatically installed on each computer.
Our helpdesk can be reached by e-mail from 8.30 am to 5.30 pm.
