NetServ Intensive Assist for Servers & Network & MS Office 365

As with our other Intensive subscriptions, all costs and interventions during helpdesk opening hours are covered by this subscription, but in this subscription this is with regard to servers, the network and problems with the use of MS Office 365.

Our helpdesk is available by phone and e-mail from 08:30 to 17:30.

A ‘Remote Monitoring System’ will be added to strictly monitor the servers. If they show any downtime or alert, this will automatically create a ticket in our ticket system and your Personal Service Assistant will be notified by e-mail. This happens 24/7.

Furthermore, all adjustments related to the management of servers, network and MS Office 365 are included in this package.
