No worries about extra costs with this subscription. Everything relating to the work computer under our management is covered by this subscription. This applies both to on-site interventions at your offices and remote interventions during the helpdesk’s opening hours.

Our helpdesk is available by phone and e-mail from 08:30 to 17:30.

All the computers will be added to our ‘Remote Monitoring System’. If you purchase new computers from NetServ, they will be delivered to your office fully installed. With that purchase, no installation costs will be charged.

An antivirus will also be automatically installed on each computer.
